reformulate the oldest Estate on the Tamar River.
The Brief called for the seamless intergration of a new Vineyard,
Contemporary restaurant and guest House within the Historic setting (dated
1832). The Study and subsequent staged development was planned to consider maximum flexibility
and alignment with the fluctuating Wine-Tourism Industry.
